Get ready to submit a Claim
The First Nations Child and Family Services and Jordan’s Principle Settlement will provide $23.34 billion in compensation for affected First Nations[1] individuals and some family members. The first Claims Period is now open for Removed Children and their eligible Caregiving Parents and Caregiving Grandparents. You can now submit a Claim for the Removed Child Class and Removed Child Family Class.
