General Information Kehewin Cree Nation is located 20 km south of Bonnyville, off Hwy 41 in the northern part of the Moosehills area (Moosachee) and is situated between the Kehewin Lake and Muriel Lake, formerly known as (Goose Lake) with the salt lakes to the north. Approximately 8,212.2 Hectares comprise the reserve. As of December 31, 2017, Kehewin Cree Nation has 2,185 members of whom 1,261 are on-reserve.
The Kehewin Cree Nation empowers the community by effectively promoting and creating economic development entities and provides capacity building to its leadership and members.
