General Information
Cold Lake First Nations is a Denesuline (Chipewyan) Tribe and part of the Dene Nation. Located 336 kilometers northeast of Edmonton, Alberta, this dynamic First Nation has a total membership of over 2,900 members.
The majority of Band Members live in three distinct neighboring communities, namely LeGoff, English Bay and Cold Lake Town Reserves located near scenic Cold Lake. Many of the members reside in urban centres, such as Edmonton.

Leadership
The Leadership strives to achieve the vision of the Nations, empowerment, improved quality of life, and self-sufficiency.
It is the mandate of the Council to work for the Nations to ensure that their Treaty Rights are honoured and that members have every opportunity to derive a prosperous livelihood from the resources of the Nations’ traditional lands. The Nations are rich in assets: the people, the languages, cultures and the land.
